1. Nature of Service & Intermediary Role
TripPocket (website and mobile applications) is an independent travel search, comparison, and metasearch aggregation platform. TripPocket is NOT a travel agency, tour operator, airline carrier, hotel operator, or ticket vendor. No ticketing, booking confirmation, or direct payment collection occurs on our platform.
2. Bookings and Payments (Third-Party Responsibility)
When users perform searches on our platform, they are redirected directly to the official secure platforms of third-party partners (Aviasales, Trip.com, GetYourGuide, Airalo, KiwiTaxi, Localrent, Tiqets, Wise, etc.) to complete transactions. The contractual party for any product or service purchased is exclusively the third-party provider. Inquiries regarding payment, invoicing, ticket delivery, alterations, and cancellations must be addressed directly to them.
3. Complete Disclaimer of Liability
TripPocket and its creator/developer Emre Aykul shall NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from price fluctuations, seat availability, flight delays, schedule cancellations, lost luggage, hotel service deficiencies, visa/entry rejections, or technical errors occurring on third-party provider platforms.
4. Accuracy of Pricing & Information
Prices and schedules shown on our platform are retrieved in real-time via partner APIs and widgets. Rates may fluctuate based on currency exchange rates, seat availability, and dynamic pricing. The final binding price is always the one confirmed on the third-party provider's checkout screen.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
TripPocket logos, design, and software codebase are protected by copyright. Partner trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for affiliate integration and informational purposes.
